The need for construction in the least amount of time, with the lowest cost and the best quality, has pushed the building industry towards industrial buildings with fast moving and quick installation. In this regard, the necessity of using new structures and materials to increase the speed of construction, lightening, and prolonging useful life more than ever has been proposed. The aim of this study was to study the 3D PANEL, LSF, and ICF modern systems with a focus on economic and operational and technical measures to test the utilization of these systems in villas in northern Iran. At first, library studies were conducted to get acquainted with these systems and effective measures to select the most appropriate method for making of articles, books, and documents related to the research. Then, the required data with comments from experts and building industry experts in construction contractors of Mazandaran province were collected through questionnaires. Finally, after the data collection, the most appropriate structure has been introduced using ELECTERE method. Considering all the criteria, it was revealed that among the structures mentioned above, the structure of the 3D PANEL was considered as the most appropriate structure for the construction of villas in northern Iran.

Emergency projects require suitabie and efficient management . Target of project is to operate it in minimum time nice quality .Common tripartite methods or other ones in order to kan river urgent protecting like BUY BAKE and soon are not fruitful . So to perform kan River Emergency project ( plan) , firstly agreement and the contract encounters important changes and regarding to add design consultant beside the performer ( contractor ) in one side and on the other hand , main (hard ) design consultant beside the main employer , ordinary tripartite method has been thrown aside . To accelerate project performing , design administration and observation section have been delegated to present team at the project area; simultaneously we define strategy design management , observation and controlling based on probable changes stem form environmental conditions in the shortest possible time . The assigned time of the project is six months and in case of management and performance method , it has been started in design , construction with financial supply by contractor and consultant . In this article , we strategy of 0peration management , its advantages and disadvantages . At last but not least as a conclusion some tips to improve the project operation are recommended .

Ballast shaking is one of the most significant adverse effects of explosion operations in construction projects and surface mines, and in case of control, it will lead to extensive damage to the surrounding structure. Therefore, accurate prediction of these vibrations is essential in minimizing its environmental effects. The goal of the current paper is to investigate and predict the results of the ballast operation on the Shur River dam structure. The application of the ANN as a powerful tool in predicting vibration generated from explosion operations has been studied. In addition to the ANN, experimental models have been used for this work. Different statistical criteria such as RMSE have been used to evaluate the performance of the proposed models in predicting vibrations. The results indicate that the values by the ANN are closer to real values and ANN has a much higher accuracy than other empirical models in predicting the vibration caused by the explosion operation.

Undoubtedly, the construction industry is one of the most dangerous industries in terms of injuries and human casualties. One of the most important reasons for accidents was the lack of identification of the causes of doing dangerous work and the non-observance of safety issues, so identifying and analyzing the factors that cause construction workers to take high-risk jobs is a very important step. To secure the workshop. One of the most important causes that can lead to high-risk activities is the high-risk worker involved in the project. Since the source of work stress is job dissatisfaction, it is crucial to examine this issue. But the important thing is that job satisfaction is a general concept; in other words, job satisfaction will be achieved by realizing a set of factors. Therefore, in this research, we tried first to identify the factors affecting job satisfaction separately. Then a questionnaire was prepared for 70 people working in three development workshops. Using a fuzzy method, the importance of each of the above factors was scored. In the end, by means of a hierarchical analysis method, ranking criteria and the most important factor are identified. Meanwhile, with suggestions to control the very important factors, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of accidents in development projects.

Monitoring and evaluation are of utmost importance, so that without the creation of a coherent and well-established system, will not have a remarkable efficiency. These oversights are targeted to improve and promote the projects / plan execution quality in the organization while utilize the knowledge and experience of specialists in enhancing the researchers’ activity. Today, the construction sector is encountered many disruptions including low quality constructed buildings. In order to cover the technical inspection services of the building, there is a specific oversight on construction, based on rules and regulations on building subjects. However, due to the number of decision-making centers on building standards such as Construction Engineering Organization, Institute of Standards and Industrial Research, Municipality, and the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development, the supervision and technical inspection of the building sector are in difficulty. In this research, firstly, FMEA method will be used to identify and prioritize the factors affecting the monitoring difficulties in the construction projects of Iran. Then, in order to prevent these problems from occurring in the country's construction projects, some course of actions are presented.
