In designing, implementing, and monitoring or executing emergency projects, there should be a suitable strategy for achieving the goal, but in efficient management, in addition to having a proper strategy, good implementation is all the more important. Because a good strategy with bad performance is like a bad strategy. In the implementation of the Emergency Plan for the Protection of the River of Khan in the area of No. 1 (Fatah Bridge), good and proper management strategy is defined in the shortest time and with proper quality are the objectives of the design and construction of the project, which is discussed in this paper and the element Strategic management of work is described in separate terms and in a combination of implementation.
