Abstract

I
Implementation of construction projects will result in social welfare and economic growth in any country. Considering the massive amount of activities, the collection, sorting and distribution of similar solutions used by organizations will make significant contributions to this industry. Todays, duration of projects execution, scheduling is significant, particularly in economic justification of the project. All managers tend to accelerate or reduce the diversion of projects, but despite the detailed planning at the beginning of the projects, the average time and cost deviation in the development projects are usually much higher than predictions. Thus, knowing the factors affecting the delay in project time and providing solutions for accelerating projects is significant.
While knowledge management is one of the most powerful tools in management science, it will be very useful in identifying empirical solutions in this regard. In this paper, using library and field studies, first, the obstacles and problems of timely implementation of the projects are categorized and then the identified solutions are presented using the experiences of various construction companies.
