Abstract

Crawford and Hasters Nehymas are keen on using projects as a way to change organizations. Parker has proposed this as a necessity for organizations that want to use a project-based project as a leverage to ensure the success of their organizational change. Sodernald has shown that the vast increase in workplaces has changed the composition of elements. It has been said that organizational change involves more than one technical process. Organizational management and management over time have shown that effective management change and Leadership has a significant impact on the success rates of organizational projects. With regard to the results of the academic and non-academic analysis of the project, it seems that the focus has been on a few things, such as the process steps of the project on the need for technical integration and the physical and social issues that were not exceptions. The present paper examines the need for the impact of ongoing projects on organizational transformation projects and the willingness of project managers to use the trained and competent organization and psychosocial perspective in executing project implementation processes at this time.
