Weighing and Prioritizing of Factors Influencing on Employee Productivity in Construction Industry by Methods of Decision Making of Multi-Criteria Electricians

Abstract

Undoubtedly, among existing capital, human resources have a high status in advancing the goals of each organization. It should be noted that the progress of each nation is dependent on the work and effort of all sectors of society, and productivity is a criterion for assessing the performance of these activities and efforts in various social and economic sectors. The purpose of this research is to identify factors affecting productivity and determine the relationships between these factors and how they affect them. This research is a descriptive-analytic research method and the statistical population consists of people involved in construction in Golestan province with a sample size of 155 people. A questionnaire was used to collect data.In this study, Hierarchical Hierarchy Process Analysis (AHP) method was used for weighting the criteria and the method of ElECTERE was used for prioritization of the options. The results showed that individual factors had the most impact on the productivity of construction industry employees in Golestan province.
