Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of construction management on structural stresses in buildings in Yasouj city. The research method is applied in terms of type and descriptive and survey in terms of execution method. Also, this research is exploratory and the library and field method (completing the questionnaire) was used to collect the required information and data. The statistical population of this research consists of all engineers and workers as well as other factors involved in construction projects in Yasouj city, which consists of 1800 people. The number of samples selected in this research is 306 people from the above statistical population. The research results indicate that the fatigue component in metal and concrete structures (r = 0.422 and p = 0.0001), tensile stresses in the building (r = 0.503 and p = 0.0001), compressive stress and thermal in the building (r = 0.471 and p = 0.0001), shear stresses in the building (r = 0.553 and p = 0.0001), have a positive and significant relationship with construction management. Finally, the results also showed that construction management has a positive and significant relationship at the 99% level with structural stresses in the buildings of Yasouj city.
