According to the surveys, the communication skills of managers are one of the most important factors affecting project performance. In order to achieve this goal, the factors and effective communication skills of managers to communicate with the project team, as well as the executive team and human resources working in the project, were identified and categorized from previous researches and research case studies. Factors affecting communication skills were modeled in the form of three management skills, leadership and human management. Structural equation method was used to present the model. The statistical sample of the current research was 40 experts and agents of Isfahan Municipal Organization projects in 1401-1402. According to the findings of the research, managers can create better effective communication with executive teams by developing the necessary leadership skills such as interpersonal skills in the workshop. With better effective communication, problems and conflicts in the workshop will be reduced and as a result the motivation of the project team will be improved. By increasing the motivation of human resources, the ability of project managers to efficiently coordinate activities in the field of management skills increases. By improving the site management, the productivity of the human force will be higher and as a result, the productivity of the project will be improved. As project productivity increases, the manager is better able to improve interpersonal skills on the project, and the cycle continues again. These cases show how the skills of managers, as well as their policy and decision-making in different parts of the project, can affect the time, costs, and performance of the project. Also, considering the dynamics of construction projects, each of these factors related to managers' skills affects each other and creates profitability or loss in the long term and during the project.
